Who created them?

All the resources on this website have been created because of the Ogden Trust. This educational trust is running a pilot project that paid for a postgraduate student to work at Parkside School, supporting teachers.

These resources are a small fraction of the resources created by that student (Jon Levell) in the course of that work (the remainder can't be distributed here because of copyright isssues). Because the software is under the GPL license it is hoped that teachers will alter and improve these resources and the results will be incorporated back here.
